Transparent Assembly Adhesive

Transparent, strong, solvent-free assembly adhesive based on acrylic dispersion. For invisible and strong bonding of materials such as wood, plastic, metal, stone, plaster, tiles, and polystyrene to porous surfaces like concrete, stone, plaster, wood, and particleboard. Remains elastic and filling. Nails and screws are unnecessary.

Application SUITABLE FOR: Ideal for mounting various (construction) materials such as wood, stone, concrete, metal, many plastics, plaster, and polystyrene to porous (absorbing) surfaces like concrete, stone, plaster, wood, and particleboard. Particularly suitable for fixing battens, skirting boards, thresholds, window sills, sheet material, wainscoting, moldings, cable ducts, nameplates, house numbers, wall covering panels, panels, thresholds, ceramic tiles, sockets, and junction boxes. Also very suitable for decorative materials such as ornaments and moldings made of plaster/polystyrene/polyurethane, nameplates, hanging hooks. Also perfect for flat bonding.

NOT SUITABLE FOR: Not suitable for bonding non-porous material to non-porous surfaces. Not suitable for polyethylene (PE), polypropylene (PP), PTFE, bitumen, mirrors, natural stone, and constantly moist areas.

Usage BEFORE USE WORKING CONDITIONS: Only use at temperatures above +5°C.

SURFACE REQUIREMENTS: Both parts must be firm, dry, clean, and free of dust and grease. One of the parts must be porous (absorbing).

TOOLS: Caulking gun, Bison Multi Tool, or Glue Spreader (2mm).

PRODUCT PREPARATION: Before use, open the cartridge by cutting the plastic nipple above the thread with a sharp knife. Then attach the nozzle and cut it diagonally to the desired diameter.

CONSUMPTION: Wall covering panels and panels: approx. 5 - 8 m²/kg depending on the weight of the material. Battens, skirting boards, and frames: approx. 4 - 6 m²/kg glued surface.

DURING USE HANDLING PACKAGING: Cut off the thread, attach the nozzle, and cut it to a diameter of at least 0.5 cm.

INSTRUCTIONS FOR USE: Apply the adhesive evenly, depending on the weight of the material, in dots or lines every 20 to 30 cm. Always apply adhesive at the corner points and along the edges. Mount the materials immediately with a sliding motion and press or tap firmly. Correction is still possible. If necessary, fix or support heavy materials.

POINTS OF ATTENTION: The adhesive is white when it comes out of the packaging! It dries transparent. Depending on the materials and environmental conditions (e.g., temperature), this can take some time.

AFTER USE STAINS/RESIDUES: Remove wet adhesive residues immediately with water. Dried adhesive residues can only be removed mechanically.

STORAGE CONDITIONS: Store in a dry, cool, and frost-free place.
