Use

• Processing temperature between +5°C and +40°C
• Apply to a clean, dust- and grease-free surface.
• Use Tec7 Prepare & Finish voor het veilig reinigen en ontvetten, voor het perfect afwerken en voor het verwijderen van nietuitgeharde Tec7 polymeren.
• For heavy soiling, clean using Tec7 Cleaner and/or Multiclean.
• Apply with hand or air gun (best with telescopic piston).
• Due to the wide variety of different plastics and compositions, as well as materials prone to stress corrosion, preliminary testing is recommended.
• Test adhesion to plastics, powder coatings, exotic woods and bituminous materials.
• Strengthen weak and/or porous substrates first with Fixprimer.
• Due to the variety of lacquers and paints on the market, testing is recommended. The use of alkyd resin-based products can slow down the drying process.
• For mirror bonding in sanitary areas, apply only vertical adhesive strips to avoid stagnant moisture due to condensation.
• Ideal glue thickness for optimum strength in bonding: 3 mm.
